Red Ever After: Idle RPG
These terms apply to Red Ever After: Idle RPG, made by Vic Yang, an independent developer based in Hebei, China. Contact: tigerywy@gmail.com
1. Playing the game
You may use an official copy for personal entertainment, subject to applicable store terms and law. Follow the store age rating and regional eligibility requirements. The game includes dark fantasy imagery and themes. A development listing does not promise a release date or unfinished features.
2. Progress and availability
Current progress is stored locally. Clearing data, uninstalling or changing devices can lose progress; cloud recovery is not currently offered. Features and availability depend on your version, device and region. Updates, maintenance or service failures may affect play.
3. Purchases and future advertising
Where purchases are available, the game and store show the price and item before payment. Virtual currency and items have no cash-redemption value. Refunds follow store rules and mandatory consumer rights. Data deletion does not automatically refund purchases. AdMob rewarded advertising is planned; when available, any offered reward and conditions will be shown before you choose to watch.
4. Fair use and ownership
Do not interfere with services, exploit payment systems or distribute modified copies as official releases. Game artwork, code and other content belong to their respective rights holders. These terms do not restrict uses allowed by mandatory law.
5. Privacy, support and changes
Accepting these terms does not constitute consent to optional analytics or personalized advertising. Read the game privacy policy for current and planned data practices. Contact me about problems; this does not limit your right to seek help from a regulator or court. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Material changes will be communicated where required and will not retroactively remove accrued rights.
