Terms of service

Vic Yang · Prepared September 29, 2026

Effective September 29, 2026 · Website and support only

These shared terms describe use of the Vic Yang developer website and provide common principles for my games. Vic Yang is an individual developer based in Hebei, China. Contact: .

1. Scope and game-specific terms

Each game’s own terms state its eligibility, release conditions and features. Existing game-specific terms remain applicable; these website terms do not silently replace them. If a game-specific term differs from a general website statement, the game-specific term governs that game, subject to mandatory law.

2. Use and ownership

You may browse this site and use official links for personal purposes. Games, artwork, names and other content belong to their respective rights holders. Do not impersonate the developer, distribute modified copies as official releases or commercially reuse assets without permission, except where law permits.

3. Availability and release status

Game pages identify early-access or development status. Features, supported devices and availability can change. A planned release is not a promise of a fixed date. Online services may be interrupted by maintenance, faults or network conditions. Material service changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.

4. Purchases and virtual items

A website description does not authorize any charge. Where a released game offers purchases, the store and game must show the price and relevant conditions before you buy. Store rules and mandatory consumer rights govern refunds. Virtual items are game features, not money or a promise of cash redemption. B20’s current release has no advertising or in-app purchases; that statement does not describe other games.

5. Fair use and privacy

Do not disrupt services, access other people’s records, submit unlawful content or misuse support channels. Account enforcement and save behavior are described in each game’s terms. Using this site or accepting terms is not consent to optional analytics or advertising. Read the privacy policy.

6. Problems, rights and changes

Contact me if something goes wrong. This does not limit access to a court, regulator or other available remedy. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Applicable law and jurisdiction follow the rules relevant to the dispute. Changes will be dated and communicated where required; they do not retroactively remove accrued rights.
