Effective September 29, 2026 · Website and support only

This notice explains the shared website and support practices of Vic Yang, an individual game developer based in Hebei, China. Contact: .

1. Choose your game

Games can use different accounts, SDKs, advertising, payment and cloud features. Read the game-specific notice together with this website notice. Statements about one game do not automatically apply to another.

2. Visiting this website

The website code does not include analytics, advertising, embedded third-party media, account registration, tracking cookies or browser storage. Language switching uses separate page addresses. Game artwork is served with the site, without external image requests.

This website uses Cloudflare static hosting. Cloudflare processes connection data such as IP addresses, requested URLs, request times and browser information to deliver and protect pages. This site has no application server or database and does not enable Worker request logging or tracing. Cloudflare may still retain operational and security records under its own privacy policy; disabling application logs does not mean no information is processed. Cloudflare operates international infrastructure, so requests may be processed outside your country.

3. Contacting support

Email is handled through Gmail. If you write to me, I receive your email address, message, attachments and related email metadata. I use those details to answer you, investigate a problem and process your request. The email links open your mail application; choosing a game or topic on this website does not send a message or store a request.

Only include information relevant to the issue. Support correspondence is not used to enroll you in marketing emails. Google processes email under its applicable terms and privacy policy for Gmail.

4. Purpose, access and processing locations

I use support information to respond to requests, maintain game services, protect accounts and meet applicable obligations. Where applicable, the grounds are necessary service delivery, proportionate legitimate interests in support and security, and legal obligations. Optional game analytics or advertising have their own game-specific disclosures and choices.

I operate from China and access support information there. Google and game service providers may process information internationally. Game notices identify the relevant providers. Provider processing follows the arrangements applicable to each service. Where a transfer requires safeguards or another lawful mechanism, those requirements apply. Contact me for information about arrangements applicable to your data; a provider-policy link is not a claim that every transfer is covered.

5. Retention and security

Support correspondence is ordinarily kept while a request is open and for up to 12 months after closure for follow-up. Unnecessary attachments and verification material are removed when no longer needed. A minimal request record may be kept where needed for a legal obligation or a specific unresolved dispute. Service-provider records and backups follow the provider’s applicable rules. Game account, save, analytics and diagnostic retention is described separately for each game.

Reasonable access controls and proportionate handling help protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Never send passwords or verification codes in a support request.

6. Requests and your rights

You can contact me about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, consent withdrawal or an appeal where applicable. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority. A proportionate ownership check may be necessary, and I will explain any exception or required retention. I aim to respond within one month and follow any shorter applicable deadline.

7. Younger players and changes

Audience and eligibility rules are game-specific. The website does not request dates of birth or create player accounts. A parent or guardian can contact me about a child’s information without sending unnecessary details. Updated policies will carry a revised date; material changes will be communicated where required.
