Request data deletion

Coin Pusher: Monster Siege

Developer: Vic Yang

You can request deletion of your personal data by email, even if you have uninstalled the game. No game account, sign-in or reinstallation is required.

Request deletion by email

Or send an email directly to tigerywy@gmail.com with the subject “Coin Pusher: Monster Siege — Data deletion request”.

1. What to include

Name the game and describe the data you want deleted, such as analytics, crash reports or support correspondence. Include the version and platform if known. If your installed version offers Settings → Data & privacy, you may copy the prepared request from there. An Analytics app instance ID is optional; you can still contact us without it.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, sign-in tokens, full payment details or identity documents in your initial request. We may ask for proportionate additional information to locate the records and verify that the request relates to you. An installation ID alone is not proof of ownership.

2. Data covered and limitations

  • Support correspondence: request deletion of emails and attachments associated with your contact address, subject to necessary retention below.
  • Analytics and crash reports: identify the records you want removed. We will confirm which records can be linked to your installation and arrange deletion with the relevant service where supported. An Analytics ID does not identify every Crashlytics record, and unavailable identifiers may limit our ability to locate historical data. We will explain those limits in our reply.
  • Advertising: you may request review or deletion of advertising-related data. AdMob records are managed by Google separately from your local save and Firebase reports. We will explain what we can locate or arrange, and relevant Google privacy controls; we cannot promise to identify or erase every advertising record. Changing ad consent does not itself delete previously processed data.
  • Purchases: Google Play and Unity may maintain transaction or service records separately. We will explain the applicable process and any records that must be retained; this request does not delete your Google account or automatically refund purchases.
  • Local progress: the game has no player account or cloud-save system. An email request cannot remotely erase the save on your device. Clearing app storage or uninstalling may permanently remove local progress, but does not by itself delete uploaded data.

3. Response and retention

Vic Yang handles these requests manually and aims to respond within one month, following any shorter applicable deadline. The reply will explain the records located, deletion steps, expected timing and any limitations. A request is not confirmation that deletion is complete.

Support correspondence is ordinarily retained while the request is open and for up to 12 months after closure for follow-up. Unnecessary attachments are removed when no longer needed. Minimal records may be retained for a legal obligation or a specific unresolved dispute; we will explain the reason and period or criterion. Provider records and backups follow their applicable rules. We do not promise that all data is automatically deleted within 90 days.
